GOV'T TO INTRODUCE COMPLAINTS CENTER ACROSS THE COUNTRY



Government  will soon introduce Citizens Complaints Centres across the country. These centre which will be managed  by national service personnel is expected to give Ghanaians the opportunity to file their complaints at the centres which will receive immediate attention.

 President Mahama announced this at a press briefing at the flagstaff house. Mr Mahama noted that the idea behind the proposed Complaints Centres is to make the public institutions more accountable to public, improve services and helps to monitor problem areas and act quickly to resolve the problems. 

Meanwhile Clement Apark who will spearhead the scheme  said the handling complaints from service users is part of his job description and he is willing to offer his services to help make this noble idea a reality.
